The Administrative Assembly

The Administrative Department is comprised of two different bodies responsible for legislation within the Foundation: the Board of Executives and the Board of Representatives. Each body is made up of different personnel dependent on their rank within departments or within the foundation.


Entering the Administrative Assembly

The Board of Executives is comprised of Level-4 personnel from each department. There may be three personnel from each department on the Board of Executives, and assignment to the Board of Executives is based on superiority and seniority. The highest rank, barring the department director, is automatically on the Board of Executives and descends down the rank structure of each department. If there are multiple personnel in one rank competing to be on the Board of Executives, the member(s) who have been in the department the longest get chosen.


The Board of Representatives is one member from each department between the clearance of Level-1 to Level-3, elected to two-month terms. If a department member is interested in running, the member must send a letter to the department directorate, which is then reviewed. To be elected, the running member must receive a majority of the votes cast; if there is a tie, the member with seniority in the department (determined by the date from which they joined the department) is selected. If only one member is running, they must receive a majority of the votes cast. Vacancies must be filled within two weeks. Representatives may be impeached by their department through a majority vote.
